FAQ’s

  1. How old are you? I am 22 years old.
  2. What are you studying? I am studying a BA in Fashion Media.
  3. When did you begin your health and fitness journey? Almost 4 years ago!
  4. What do you eat? I eat whatever foods my body craves. I tend to stick to whole foods without refined sugars as I have a sensitive digestive system and these foods make me feel my best but if I choose to indulge in desserts and treats, I don’t stress or limit myself to a specific amount. I just eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full.
  5. How often do you exercise? I apply the ‘listen to your body’ approach to my training. Sometimes I will go to the gym 3 times a week, sometimes I will train 6 times a week. I will never push myself to go the gym anymore when I don’t feel like it. I do, however, try to incorporate more walking into my lifestyle whenever possible. I aim for at least a 20min walk everyday. But again, I don’t stress myself out if I’m not feeling it!
